Error at change number generation ( CC01) using BAPI

Dear Experts,

I am using BAPI CCAP_ECN_CREATE to update change number,I am able to generate change number at the same time iam not able to update some table control data's regarding BOM. can you please suggest whetherAny other BAPI available or

how to update these table control fields at CC01?
