error about sending e-mail

Hi all,

I have a problem about sending e-mail from SAP.

If I send a mail from SAPOFFICE to an e-mail address I see this message in SCOT but when I execute the sending process (pgm. RSCONN01) I see in SOST transaction the following error: XS816.

The same thing doesn't appears in the development system in which all works right. Any ideas?
