Enduser authorizations

Hallo Experts,

we want to clean up our BW-System for the developer authorizations.

Is it possible to create a new role with authorizations, which allowed us to see all workbooks?

The same question for the SAP Portal: is it possible to create there also a new role with the authorizations to see all?????

Hi Santra,

If you wish to have access to all the workbooks, create a role with the following:

S_RS_COMP with 03 (Display) and 16 (if you wish to have execute authorizaiton too) with * value for all the other fields and S_RS_COMP1 with similar authorizations.

You need one more Folder role that gives all the authorizations (Ask your BW developer to add all the workbooks and queries) under this folder role.

However, for authorization to other transaction codes you can still rely on the existing roles.
