If pernr is terminated or retired etc in the middle of quarter then what will be the endda & begda in infotype 01?

Begda can be anything based on last change assignment.

Endda will be the date of retirement.

If you want to check for retirement date then first Check the corresponding action MASSN in IT0000, obtain ENDDA and then search in IT0001.

Or use IT00041 with the Termination or Retirement action.

can u explain w example plz for begda & endda in 3 info.?

when begda & endda will be diff in 3 info & when will be same?
