Enable debugger script in production

I am trying to use abap debugger script. I can only use on my development system, but it is possible to active this function on production or quality system?

can you enlarge it. since we have download/upload options if you can describe the issue .. we will try to resolve

The requirements is, to find out the errors on the qualitysystem would easier for me then.

You can download the Script into Dev. System by using the Standard Program RSTXSCRP or else you want to debug in Quality System you can by using Standard Program RSTXDBUG.
