HI,

I HAVE TWO DIFFERENT PROGRAMS

<b><u>ONE :</u></b> IS DISPLAYING VENDORS AND CUSTOMERS INFORMATION LIST IN FORM OF LETTER AND STATEMENT.

SECOND : IT DISPLAYS INFORMATION OF CUSTOMER BALANCE WHEN YOU SELECT FIRST OPTION AS PREVIEW ON SELECTION SCREEN OUT OF TWO , ANOTHER BEING MAIL WHICH SEND MAIL DIRECTLY TO CUSTOMERS

SO I WOULD LIKE TO LINK THIS MAILING REPORT TO THE FIRST ONE.

SO HOW CAN I DO THIS

hi,

on basis of selection parameters you are displaying individually two reports..

If you select first option as preview you are displaying the second one..

Before populating the output of the first report (say using alv)

write a subroutine for sending mail

and use SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 for sending mails
