Email problem after system patch

hello,

Since we updated our system, last week

Kernel level from v.139 tov.155

BASIS : 61

ABA : 61

HR : 58 / 59 / 60 / 61

And when send and email, with a user with a name containing extented characters like (eg: ç or é), the sender is not displayed properly when the email is recieved.

we have : iso-8859-1?Q?=22Qu=E7entin_DUBOIS=22?= =?us-ascii?Q?= ...

in place of a real name

does anyone knows how to manage that ??
