Hi Experts,

We are facing some problems with the email formatting.

We are sending emails from workflow email step.

Object Category : BOR Object type

Object type : SELFITEM

Method : SENDTASKDESCRIPTION

Synchronous object method.

In the task description - edit options - from the script editor

We have formatted the email content, with appropriate space/indentation/alignment,saved & activated the changes.

For example:

Notification : You have received this email because...

2nd line

3rd line

Action : No action required.

When this email is delivered to outlook. The exact format is not appearing for the users. They are not getting email texts as per the proportional font.

It is working for us,but not for the clients.

Please advice,thanks for your help.

Regards,

Keerthi

The 2nd & 3rd lines follow from the first line text(You have received).

Hi,

It is working for us,but not for the clients.

If that is the case please ensure that you and your customer are checking in the same client.

Thanks and Regards,

Chandra
