email field

Hi All,

I am trying to do recording of XK01 tcode using a set of fields which include email field (SMTP_ADDR of SZA1_D0100 structure). So while doing the recording i am not able to see this field to enter data. Another this is in XK01 tcode the fields name1, sort1, city1, post_code1, street, region, country, etc including email are in screen 0111 as per the technical info on lookup of each field, whereas after recording if i display these fields are in screen 0110. Could anyone explain and give solution for this issue and how to proceed.

Hi ,

111 is the main screen and it holds different tabs of data and 110 is menat for the maintenace of the address and email etcc data.

Hi,

While you are doing the recording using SHDB, in the initial screen of xk01 select the check box "Use Central Address Management" that is there after Reference tab. Now do the recording as usual. You can see the Email field in the second screen under the "Communication" tab. After you are done with recording check the screen number for this particular screen in which email field is there. Try to use this screen number in you BDC program. Hope this solves your issue.
