email content does not same as SOST

Hi,

I need advice why my outlook email content does not same as in SOST display (please refer below image - top = SOST, below = outlook). seems the listing is merged into 1 line. My other set of email working perfectly.. the listing display line by line... any idea?

Hi,

I have faced similar kind of issue, resolved by inserting a Full Stop (.) at the end of line.

In My case, full stop fulfilled the purpose.

But I am not aware of the reason behind this behavior.

Hi,

to simplify the email layout I prefer to use Smartforms

SAP convert Smartforms into HTML and the layout, most of the time, do not change with the reader/browser/OS

Hi,

Sometimes if you fill the content of the mail with '<br>', it will break the line there and next content will go in next line.

It works with the mail content.
