Email ABAP - Different Receiver Types

Hi All,

I am trying to write a program that sends an e-mail to a SAP user. One thing I noticed while looking around the net is that there are different receiver types.

Two I have spotted so far are 'U' and 'B'.

I was wondering what is the full list of receiver types and what do they mean?

Not really as I am fine for the actual e-mail code. My main question is what are the different receiver types?
