Hello fellow SDNers,

I have connected our ABAP 750 sandbox system to Eclipse. This system is "open" for developement, i.e., when i create a WB object (viz., class, program) via SE80, it does not ask me for the dev access key.

But when i try to do the same in Eclipse, it always gives this popup.

Once the WB object has been created, i can edit it via Eclipse!

Relevant info -

  • Eclipse build - Mars.1 Release (4.5.1), Build 20150924-1200
  • ADT version - 2.54.2

How can i solve this?

BR,

Suhas

Hi Suhas,

this sounds like a bug in the IDE. Could you please open an OSS ticket on component BC-DWB-AIE.

Most likely we have to check the issue on your system.

Regards,

Thomas.

Do you know if this has already been fixed?

Same scenario with AS ABAP 7.52 and Eclipse ADT 2018-12 and still facing the same issue. Haven't found any OSS ticket regarding this problem
