Hi All,

how does a enhancement_point work in normal versions of ecc 5.0 and lowerversions. as of now its is an extended version of ecc6 we can find that enhancement frame work

we have enhancement points in ECC6 onwards only .

ECC5.0 or lesser dnt have Enhanement points , we can use only exits n BADI's in them

I need clarification , is there any alternative for the lower versions. Let me know in detail.

ECC6.0 onwards SAP introduced Enhancement Spot option.

In the lower version the alternative is user exits,Customer exits and BADI's

Now in ECC6.0 they started Enhancement option along with BADI and exits
