ECC6 environment

Hi All,

This is my first post so have patience with me.

I was wondering if the look and feel on ECC6 security is any different than ECC5. We are in a 46.C environment and I have only a ECC5 system to play with for now. Also is there any documentation anywhere that can help me learn ECC6 security compared to our 46.C system if there is a difference?

Feel free to look at service.sap.com/security for all the PDFs and PowerPoints you could ever want detailing security. If you want you can download a limited trial version of the latest ABAP version of SAP from under the downloads section of SDN.

I haven't seen any major differences in the look and feel of security administration since 4.6c -- it's all still profile-generator-based. Especially comparing ECC5 and ECC6, they are pretty much identicall.

Thanks Rich I'll play around in ECC5 to get familiar

with the screens knowing that ECC6 is the same when we

upgrade down the road.
