Dynamic Input fields for deep Structure

Hello SDNers,

My requirment...is that i want to create a Dynamic Input Fields on the basis of Structure

The IMP POINT IS STR MIGHT BE NESTED(DEEP STRUCTURE)

For Example:

lets say i have str->|f1|f2|f3|f4|

where |f1| is also a str like |s1|s2|s3|s4|

and s1 ia also str |s11|s12|s13|s14|

so NOW USER WILL INPUT THE STR ..

MY REQ. IS PROG MUST CREATE INPUT FIELD FOR THIS STR.
