dunning - payment method

Hi experts,

As you know if a payment method is assigned to a customer then that customer is not dunned. My requirement is that, even if there is a payment method assigned the customer must be dunned. Now there is a work around which is by assigning a payment block. But my requirement is that, whether there is a payment or not, the customer must be dunned regardless of the payment block. And also if a line for that customer is assigned a payment method, that line also should be dunned.

Can anybody please help me on this?

Why that?

A customer only is not dunned if there exists a dunning block -> field KNB5-MANSP

A customer is not dunned if there is a payment method assigned to the customer. Try it.
