When I am executing BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_REV_POST I am getting the dump ' Function module "FIN_CFIN_RWIN_DOC_PREREV" not found.'

I'd say some notes are missing in your system, 2830711 is an interesting candidate. Or possibly a missing transport.
(note: when you have such errors, more often than not it's a standard issue and you can find info in the launchpad)
