Dulipcate issue

Hi,

I have duplicate rows and I am sorting it with bwart(movement type) and venum( internal handling unit no.)

SORT wt_output BY bwart venum.

DELETE ADJACENT DUPLICATES FROM wt_output COMPARING bwart venum.

for bwart has 101 and 532

aand venum is only present in 101 type not in 531

I have total 4 rows

2 of 101 type which has venum also

and 2 rows of 531 type which doent have venum

when i am writing the above statement

i am getting the 2 rows of 101

but only one row of 531 as venum is empty.

can someone suggest how can i get all the four rows..

HI Kamlesh..

4th record is deleted bcos bwart and venum ' ' is same for both records.

to avoid this... i believe u need to add one more field to ur delete statement.

like..

if more number fields present in wt_output..

DELETE ADJACENT DUPLICATES FROM wt_output COMPARING BWART VENUM FIELD3.

or

DELETE ADJACENT DUPLICATES FROM wt_output.

if u have limited fields in wt_output.
