Can anyone tell me what userexit is triggered when save a document in MILL_CUT_LBA transaction.

I need to download the data when a cut is done using the transaction.

Can someone suggest a UserExit or BADi or BTE for the purpose.

Please help me with this. Full points assured for the help.
