Drill-down feature in a query

Hi guys.

I created a query using external program (as described in this link: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_NW70EHP1core/helpdata/en/d2/cb45b2455611d189710000e8322d00/frameset.htm, "Using programs to retrieve data"). I had to do a complex process with data, and then set the information in the output table. Before I made my query using the external program, a simplier query (using "traditional" Infoset with graphical links to join tables) already existed. This old query is able automatically to display the FB03 (Display document) transaction (since it is reporting general ledger line items (fiscal year, doc number and company, using FAGLFLEXA table, ) by doubleclicking a line in the final report shown by this query. Nobody set this feature, it was given by the system. But with my new query, that shows extra information requested by customer with external program, when double click is made it is not able to call FB03 transaction or display any document.

Do you know how I will be able to set this drill-

Hi,

This is very Simple...

Go Query change mode (SQ01)-> Change Mode->Menu Bar (GOTO)---->REPORT ASSIGNMENT-> will give the pop up-> Select the (INSERT ROW) Button--> Another Pop up screen-> Select "OTHER REPORT TYPE'--->Now Select "TR" for calling the Transaction give the Transaction Code as "FB03" which will create an entry in the first pop up with "Display Document" as text. This way you need call the Interactive (Drill down) query.

Now after doing this whenever you select an Account in the Query list it will branch to the FB03. Please let me know if come across any issue on this.

Thank you Srinivas. Additional info I can tell to anybody reads this thread is that you should use the "transport" button in the last popup in order to get transported the drill-down feature.
