Download data from Database table

Hi all,

I am trying to download data from Database table. I am giving 1500 customer numbers in the table KNA1 and I could see all the other data for 1500 customers but when I download it to an excel or a text file, only 1450 entries gets downloaded.

Please let me know what could be the issue in this case and is there setting to be set to download all the entries which I could get from the table.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi,

Just select all and click on Local File. and choose Spreadsheet and give the path. It should come all the values. Check whether it contains only 1450 entries or more ?
