Hey,

You can download empty excel file from build in visual cloud function if you have a empty database there.

Did you simply want to create an empty CSV for your VCF entity (as described nicely below by @RAHUL1221 ) or do you want in an app to allow someone to click a button and download a CSV file (empty or otherwise)?
