Doubt in User Exit

Hi experts,

Plz tell something of user exit bze i am new in user exit...

1. How to search user exit in SPRO path.

2. Wht are tha varrious ways to find the user exit and how?

3. How to find the particular exit suitable for this particular prgm, bze for a single tcode contain lots of exit prgm so how to find?

Plz help, point will be sure...

Hi,

Check out this...

find the developement class of the tcode from SE93,

then go to SMOD - > F4 - > give the dev class - > ENTER

will display the EXITS for a particular transaction

OR run this program which gives u the EXITS

REPORT z_find_userexit NO STANDARD PAGE HEADING.

1) Goto SMOD

Next to ENhancements press F4 --> Select SAP Applications(there are many ways this is one way)

2)Second way SE93 , Select the package...

Come to SMOD --> F4 --> Package name --> enter will give list of exits

3) Idietify the program , select find and type 'CALL Customer' select radio button in main program , And set break-point at all the function modules, execute the tcode and identify the user-exit useful for you requirment.
