Dotmatix issues in smartforms

Hi guys,

I print two output (Normal printer and other Dotmatrix).

Here when i print-preview the nomal pint form no problem but in Dotmatrix the header line shaded with black. please see below and help me..... why there is problem?

Are you sure the driver for the Dotmatrix can handle the output correctly? I could see an issue attempting "graphical" output on dotmatrix.

What is the driver? (SPAD -> Output device -> Device type -> OTF Driver)

What is the exact model of the dot matrix printer?
