Hi Nandha,
As a ABAPer I can give u the details of SE38 documentation. When U create a Program in SE38, u are able to do the documentation of that program.
After Creating Program, Check documentation radio button.
and click on change. Here u get Text editor where u can write about following topics.
&PURPOSE&
&INTEGRATION&
&PREREQUISITES&
&FEATURES&
&SELECTION&
&STANDARD_VARIANTS&
&OUTPUT&
&ACTIVITIES&
&EXAMPLE&
Now when user Click on help button, user will get that maintained document.

In documentation,
Include what are the screen elements you have what is the operation it does, Tables and variables used, In case of subroutines the exceptions and operations performed by it.
Go to documentation and edit the standard template according to your wish.

Hi Nandha,
Tell me what EXACTLY do you have to document. Seems that documentation is not that easy for developers. There are templates for documentation within SAP but I do not think it is OK to distribute them.
Good news is that most of the things you will need are probably already documented:) So, tell me very very precisely what you need to document, so that I can tell you where to look for existing documentation, which will make your life easier.

Hi Nandha,
Don't worry about the documentation part it is not that much difficult what u r assuming just go through the standard programs for ex take rstxr3tr go through the documentation part for that then u can easily understand what to do.And regarding the documents to be filled for implementation project varies from company to company.
