hi,

I have problem with sending the mail trough FM SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1in PRD server, while i am trying to send mail it is giving me exception DOCUMENT_NOT_SENT = 2, while in DEV & QAS server it is working fine.

please help me.

Hi,

Check whether configuration required for sending mails is done or not.

The tcodes SCOT and SOST should be configured .Just check with your BASIS person whether this has been done in your PRD server or not.

hi..

configuration is same in DEV , QAS & PRD server, or please suggest me I have to check in configuration.
