Document not getting posted

HI all,

I am trying to post a material document using tcode MIGO, I entered the PO number and then hit enter...then I was asked to check the small printer sign on the screen and make the choice equal to "collective slip" and then when I tried to save the document ...it gives me a message that the document has been posted and will give me a document number too but when hit back button to get out of the transaction it gives me this message "Express document "Update was terminated" received from author " zuser" and then when I went to Me23n to look out if the document is really posted or not it didn't show me the doc number under the tab "Purchase Order History". Now the other thing is if I am selecting the document to get printed in T-code Migo and just save the doc it will post the doc and I could also see it under the PO history tab in Me23n. So it's something related to printing problem...

can you please help me on this....we are having this issue only in our QA box and not the development box..it's working fine in development box..

Hi

I believe you're having a dump while posting the document in the background process: so check the trx ST22 and SM13 to analyze the dump.

you are gettign an update error. you need to analyze that in SM13, and as it is happeing ionly during printing, it is related to yoru form output.

Go to your SAP inbox and see if you find any message.

I do believe that something is missing in your configuration in QA box or some user exit code is not working in QA box.
