Is anyone familiar with how Document Flow works in an ECM?
Here's my problem: Our old process created ECRs in CC01 for documenting our Engineering changes. Our new process creates Engr Change Masters (ECMs) in CC01. ECRs had standard workflow. ECMs now have custom workflow. Both allow a user to send documents from within the CC01/CC02 transaction. Document Flow shows documents ok in ECR, but it's missing header data in ECMs.
Anyone have any ideas where I can start looking to debug how the Document Flow data is being captured and stored in the two different scenarios?
