Divide a frame to extract data

Hello, to simplify my question... I have a simple beam with a uniform load, analisys and the software calculate shares and moments. I would like to export these data in an excel file and I need moment's values every, for exaple, 50 cm. Is there a command to "divide" the frame in virtual sections to have that values in an exported excel file?
