Do we have to create distribution model and distribute for inbound EDI file processing?

hi lavanya,

You do not have to interrogate the distribution model, it is optional. ..... Maintain its Inbound Parameters.

but consider we have a simple distribution model made up of a sender system (S01) ... so we may create the distribution model on the production system

Hi,

Distribution Modell is created in sending system.

You need to copy the distribution model in the receiving system and you can also generate the partner profiles here.
