Displaying values in text-field from selection-screen without pressing 'Enter'

I am using a normal report to create a selection screen, with one input field and one text field . When I select a value for the input field from the F4 help, I want that the value should get updated in the text-field alongside, without pressing Enter.

How do I go about this?
