how can u disable fields in any standard applications like XK01,XD01,VA01 ...etc

for that you have to find user exit related to that T.Code

Go to Account Groups of Customer (Tcode : OBD2) and Vendors (Tcode : OBD3) and make the field as Surpressed.

it seems u require a field exit.

u have to use the pgm RSMODPRF.

First of all, u have to make config using OMT3B, OMS9.
