Difference between - Simple maintainence and Expert Mode?

Can any one tell me the difference bettween - Simple maintainence and Expert Mode?

and also past here some useful sites for ABAP-HR Programing.

Hi,

Two issues with your question:

1. Try to First serach for the answer, either on SDN or by using other mediums and once you are not able to get the relevant answer anywhere then only post your question in SDN Forum. Your question is very simple and the answer can easily be found by you.

2. Pasting links is not allowed in SDN Forums and hence you should not ask for the same.
