Dear,

SAP menu access is initial screen for SAP. after putting client no and usr name and pwd we can able to see the initial screen of SAP.

SPRO - SAP reference IMG . Through this transaction code SAP Functional Consultants they can able to customizing the settings related to COMPANY requirements.

SAP menu access ,SPRO we can't add any topics. But in SAP menu access we can add the transactions programs like that.

Thanks,

Sankar M

SAP Menu access is the standard SAP menu.

SPRO is the transaction for customizing.

In SAP Access Menu if you want to add a new folder say reports and want to add a report transaction Z*** there, you can use SE43 transaction - select area menu S000 and extend an already existing area menu.

Now suppose you want to change the way customizing is already there, say in MM, then you would haver to go to Materials Management > ..> to check the same.

Hi,

SAP Menu Access is the menu designed for user.

You can add the transactions in your menu.

SPRO - SAP Project Reference Object.

It means customisation donr by functional consultants.

Lets say fro example take a transaction PA40.

In PA40 there are infotypes different for different companies.

Which infotype is to be made available is done by the functional consultant.

This is known as customisation.

Thanks & Regards
