diffbetween parameter tr and programme tr

when i used parameter transaction then in selection screen dynamic selection and all selection buttons are apearing but they are not appearing in programme transaction, what will bethe problem please help me.

Hi

parameter Transaction is used to create a Tcode for a table after creating the table maintenance in SM30 and we attach that SM30 in SE93

for a report program we create a Report transaction and call that program using the Tcode created in SE93
