diff btn VD02 and XD02

Hi all,

what is the dif btn VD02 and XD02

i guess bothe are used for change customers.

what are the limitations while creating a transaction varient with respect to authentication

Hi Sai Ram

Main difference between VD & XD transactions is using XD transaction we can access/maintain Company Code related data for customer which we can not do via VD transactions.

Hi,

VD02, gives you sales data related to the customer.

FD02, gives you company code data related to the customer,

sales data view will be dis abled here.

thru XD02, you will be able to view General data + VD02 + FD02 data relatd to the customer.

In VD02, it wont be update the company code data

In XD02, the company code data will be affected.

You can create a customer based on 3 views:

1. For Account purpose

FD01/FD02/FD03 etc

2. Sales purpose

XD01/XD02/XD03 etc.

3. Centrally

VD01/VD02/VD03 etc.
