Diaplaying archived data

Hi,

We are facing an issue in which GL Account line items is not being displayed at the client side. The archived data is supposed to be displayed as stars(*) against the G/L Account, Account type and Company Code. At our end we are able to view it but the client is not able to. What could be the reason for it? Is it some authorization issue? The program being used is RFBALANCE and the transaction is FS10N

Hi Kanika,

If the same data is you are able to see and client is not able to see then it must be authorization issue.

Ask them to check SU53.

Either it could be an authorization issue or you may have done changes in one client & customer is referring/testing in some other client.

I just started to working on Archiving Porject. i don't know much about archiving process. Can u please send me some docu. on Archiving or send me step by step process of Data Archiving.
