Hi,

What are Development Standards, Functional, Technical, Report, Conversion Standards? Can i get a few examples in all the above.

Am not sure if this is the right place for what you are looking, your question is more of a software cycle question than of a question in SAP.

Development Standards : Every organization follows certain standards when they are developing programs, function modules, classes etc., A naming convention would be a best example for such standards.

Functional & Technical : Normally any business problem/requirement requires a document explaning what the process is and where the problem/enhancement is. A technical requirement focusses on developing the business requirement.

Report : Any data useful for business to help in analyzing.

talk to the people at your client site and they can give you the development standards they follow in that place. it is a document explaining a set of protocols you need to follow as a developer in their place.

I understand that the standards are provided by the organisation but what i want are some examples in general or if possible specific to some place.
