Delta changes for ECC 6.0

Did anyone know about Delta Changes if i we want to upgrade from 4/6c into ECC6.0 ? Please help.

Select Source Release Version which is 4.6 b,

Select Target Release Version which is "mySAP ERP 2005" or ECC 6.0

Select Solution Area like Financials, Human Capital Management, Sales.

Select module like MM, PP, SD, QM etc.

Click Search, it will displays the Release Version and the Delta Functionality. which can be downloaded to a word document if required. Also check the release notes of ECC 6.0 (service.sap.com)

SAP ERP 6.0 is similar with MySAP ERP2005 which have ECC6.0?

i try to look for 4.6C which need to migrate into MySAP ERP 2005.

i look into Solution Browser , im a bit confuse looking inside there , didnt tell much in detail for ERP2005.

and also for PDF link, its related with Variant setup.
