Delivery note printing problem

Hi All,

When we create the delivery, Delivery Document is creating(smart form),

Document is going to Spool, but we need to print Immidiately, when we save the document. What are the steps, we need to do.

Plz help, useful answers will be rewarded.

In the settings for the output type in NACE, you need to set "send output immediately" checkbox to ON.

For example in NACE under application V2 (shipping), goto output types, double click on LD00, go to Time tab and select Timing 4 (immediate)

To be more specific you can go to Condition records in NACE, select your Output type and retrieve the condition, and set time to 4 (send immediately when saving the application)

Hi

Go to VL02N T code

got to messages/Output and select the Output type

Select and press Communication Method

Check the PRINT IMMEDIATELY check box

come back and press FURTHER DATA

there will be 4 options for despatch time

select SEND IMMEDIATELy

i think you have to define output type for the delivary in the delivary header....

Vl02N ENTER DELIVERY NUMBER--->ENTER

FROM THIS SCREEN

EXTRAS>DELIVERY OUTPUT>HEADER-->

In the screen for the output type --> Further data ---> requested processing

send immediately ..option 4 in the drop down list.

I understand that the user doesn't want to go the "Output messages" in VL02N and put send immediately in further data.

<b>To do it automatically</b>, either you have to do the setting at 1. Output type level or 2. Condition record level.

Setting this output type may impact everywhere the output type is used. If this is not desired, the best option is set the time to 4 on condition record for the output determination
