Delivery Creation without Order reference.

Dear Experts,

I have requirement where in I need to create a Delivery without refrence to any order (VL01NO).

Can some one please provide me with a BAPI or a function module to achive such functionality.

I found a BAPI "BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATENOREF", but is available only in 6.0 system. Currently we are in 4.6C system.

Check BAPI BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_SAVEREPLICA (I am not sure this BAPI is available in 4.6c or not)

Or check the Function Group V50I
