How can I delete purchase order in SAP

Hi,

To delete the entire purchase order, select the menu path:

Edit >> Selections >> Set all

Then select the menu path:

Edit >> Delete

Hi,

If you would like delete it individually ..

Goto ME22 -> enter Purchase order no. -> hit Enter -> Form Menu Edit anddelete.

If you would like to delete Multiple PO orders..

Goto SARA txn and follow the Archive process ...

Hi,

Menu Path:

From the SAP R/3 Screen, select the path:

Logistics >> Materials management >> Purchasing >>

(new menu) Purchase order >> Change

Fast Path:

At the Command Line, enter:

/NME22

Purchase order

Enter the purchase order number.

(F4) to access a matchcode.

Next Step...

(ENTER) to access the Change Purchase Order: Item Overview Screen.

Next Step...

Do one of the following:

To delete only specific item(s) within the purchase order, select the check box beside the item number(s), and select the menu path:

Edit >> Delete

To delete the entire purchase order, select the menu path:

Edit >> Selections >> Set all

Then select the menu path:

Edit >> Delete

The Delete Items Dialog Box appears:

Next Step...

The dialog box displays a warning message indicating that the selected items will be deleted.

Click Yes (ENTER) to confirm that the items should be deleted. The Change Purchase Order: Item Overview Screen reappears.

hi

good

in a normal way there is no option to delete the PO permanently

but after delete the POs you can archive them with the help of adaber and read it through me82

if you donot want to see in the list of ME2L then you can fillter the deletion coloumn with not equal to "L" the list will not show you the deleted PO.
