Delete Express mail

Hello,

is there any possibility of deleting an express mail in SAP? I mean via Function module or BAPI...

I want to send the message to a group of people, and when the first person reads the mail it should be deleted from all inboxes of the other people...

Regards

Markus

Hi,

following is the procedure how u cn do all the operations related with this>>>>

Select the folder that we want to display or process.

The system displays the folders and documents contained in the folder you selected.

Depending on the folder you are in, we can perform certain functions.

In the document list, choose one of the following processing options:

If we want to create a short message, document, or folder, choose Short message, Create document, or Create folder.

If we want to delete a folder, select the folder from the folder list and then choose Delete folder.

In the document screen, choose one of the following processing options:

Short message

Enter a recipient and choose Find so that the recipient type is entered automatically. Select Express if necessary, and enter a title and the text. Choose Send.

The system sends the message to recipient and enters it our outbox.

Delete

The system places the document in Trash folder. We may retrieve document in Trash folder by moving it or delete completely.

thnks
