Delay in Auto Clearing program

Hi

I am looking at SAP auto clearing program (cloned of SAPF124 in which just added one field for exclusion of customer who dont want to go thru the process). The big issue that has come out is that lot of documents are not being cleared immediately. I want to know what are the possible reasons for document not getting cleared as per the requirements. Also if this question is not pertinent for this forum then can anybody suggest good FI related forum for the same?

See if you can run the original program (SAPF124) in test mode. If so, see if you get the same results.

Rob,

Actually I want to know when the document will be considered for clearance i.e. what could be reasons for holding back the document. I am not a functional guy and while studying the program I want to have more clues. Running SAPF124 in test mode looks bit tricky as I dont have auths in Production and setting up the data in Dev / Test is not possible for me at this time.
