Defining printer in SAP

Hi,

I know the TCP/IP address of one of the printer we have on Windows NT network. If I want to access that printer how can I do that in SAP ? Please help.

If someone can give me step by step guidance, that would be great...

Hi,

I think you can use the transaction SPAT.

Click on the output devices button..

I believe you can create an output device in that screen..Not sure..

The printer admin can be done through SPAD transaction. In the access method, give 'C' as the access method.
