Dear NW,

In SPRO you can find the following settings:

You can define default value for Planning Indicator for each Order Type.

(OIOS)

You can Maintain Default Values for Control Keys for Order Types.

(OIO6)

You can Assign View Profiles to Order Types under Basic Order View of Functions and Settings for Order Types in SPRO.

You can Assign Valid Maintenance Activity Types to Maintenance Order Types.

You can Default Values for Maintenance Activity Type for Each Order Type.

You can Define for Each Order Type under External Scheduling of Scheduling.

You can Assign Object Information Keys to Order Types.

For particular tab you can make settings in General Data

Sorry, I have this habit of closing my threads (withoug including the solution) when I resolve them so my inbox gets a break. Now on I will make sure I will include the solution 🐵

Solution:

Well I coded source code enhancements using new enhancement implementations in the standard program before the subsequent screens' PBO is triggered for IW31. There I populated the screen structures with the default values depending on the order type that's keyed in the first screen.

Hi Pete,

I have to default the (ERNAM - Entered by ) field with SY-UNAME even when I created the Order in Batch Input Mode also.

Pease tell me how to do this.
