Hi,
We reconfigured or transport system and now when we create a transport in se10 the target system field is empty. How can we put automatically an entry here?

Sounds like you need to assign a standard transport layer to the DEV system via the transport route maintenance of STMS. That layer should point to the desired consolidation system.
