The default screen number is 1000 of reports until and unless you call a particular screen with your specified screen number ..

to check this , create a sample report with parameter statement and execute that , in the selection screen check the transaction number , u get it here as 1000.

Mostly it would be 1000 or else it might be 100.

Look at VA05 Transaction or some custom transaction..

default is 1000 and some time user will asiign 100 also

the default screen number is 1000 u can see that through se38>system->status

after entering the program name and go for change mode the screen number is different as 400

hi bysani,

all of the above are absolutely correct <b>default screen for report is 1000</b>

and while creating any report with your screen donot number it as 1000

give any number but starting with 9 like 9999,9900 or else give any three digit number to your screen

tcode <b>SE51</b> is for creating screen but you can use <b>SE80</b> aslo
