Transaction BAPI lists all the available BAPI's.

I suggest you look there first.

i found function /SAPPCE/DPC_TRANSACTION_CREATE

but i don't know how to use can you provide sample code .

i try also to make BDC program but the problem in the account assignment tab the recording not effect can you advice please .
