Hi All,
We are getting DDIC_TYPE_INCONSISTENCY dumps in our ECC systems. I have gone through the notes and threads. But no luck.
In our case all the structures are changed today by user SAP. Kindly suggest on it.

Can you share the details of the short dump and meanwhile check the following
1. can check the runtime object consistency .
Se11->utilities->runtime object->Check.
2. Go to SE14 and activate the structure once again to correct the inconsistencies.

Hi Subramanya,
I am not facing this for the single structure. I am facing the dumps for all the structures. Randomly i have checked the structures and i can see consistency checks are green.

Hi,
The dumps are suddenly stopped and nothing has been done by my end.
Looks strange.

Shyam is correct.
Go to tcode SE14, click button "Activate and adjust database", after that the issue is gone.
Do this for all structures

Hi Karthik,
Have to manually activate and adjust all the structures. We had similar problem and solved like this.
It will work. Try splitting up the job since it is tedious.

Hi All,
Thanks for the support. I have checked with my functional team. They have did the same. I just want to know the root cause. How all the structures will change automatically. Whats the user SAP means.

Hi Kathik,
The structures will change due to a no : of reasons.
One of the common reason is the activation of switch by Functional team.
Structure got changed by SAP due to our action on some other objects.
Hope it solves your query.

Roopa
